40여년간 신소재(신물질), 내화물 분야의 생산과 연구에 몸담아온 경험으로 녹색에너지/신재생에너지 제조의 핵심 원천기술인 “용융석영도가니(Fused Silica Crucible)”를 이렇게 여러분들 앞에 선보이게 된 것을 기쁘게 생각합니다.
“용융석영도가니(Fused Silica Crucible)”는 고순도의 용융실리카(통상의 '석영'이 아닌 "용융석영")를 이용하여 도가니를 제조하는데, 이는 상당히 난해합니다(거의 불가능)만 저희 회사에서 이러한 과제를 무리없이 개발하였습니다.
“용융석영도가니(Fused Silica Crucible)”는 열팽창계수가 극히 적기 때문에 내화물들 중 가장 우수한 제품으로써, 우주항공, 미사일, 국방, 중공업, 철강분야는 물론 비철금속분야에도 사용하고 있습니다. 또한, 반도체의 단결정 ingot 제조에 사용됨은 물론, 차세대 녹색성장산업으로 각광을 받고 있는 태양전지의 silicon ingot 제조용 단결정 및 다결정 제조에 필수불가결한 핵심 기술인 “용융석영도가니(Fused Silica Crucible)”를 개발 제조, 공급하게 된 것을 영광으로 생각합니다.

■ Greetings
I am pleased to introduce our Fused Silica Crucibles, the core original technology of green/renewable energy production which we developed on the foundation of our more than 40 years of experience in the production and research in new materials and refractories. Fused Silica Crucibles are manufactured using high purity fused silica through highly sophisticated(almost impossible) processes, which are major challenges even for the most experienced manufacturers but we succeeded in overcoming those challenges and developing the technology on our own.
As Fused Silica Crucibles have extremely low thermal expansion coefficient, they are of highest quality refractories used widely in aerospace industries, missiles, military industries, heavy industries, steel industries as well as in non-ferrous metal industries. They are also used in the production of mono-crystaline semiconductor ingots and mono/poly-crystaline silicon ingots for the production of solar cells. Fused Silica Crucibles are the essential, core technology used in their production and we are proud to announce that we were successful in the development of Fused Silica Crucibles and are now fully set to produce and supply them..
We will continue to aim highest in the world and devote ourselves in research and development to lead the world in the production of new materials.
